When it comes to helping the less fortunate and underprivileged people of Jamaica and other Caribbean Islands, every donation matters. The Jamaica Visionaries Association Inc. has been performing charitable work in Jamaica and other islands for the past 16 years. Our mandate is simply “Help the people help themselves” and it underlies all that we do. From providing much needed equipment and supplies to schools, libraries and hospitals to providing for basic every day needs, to helping individuals discover their talents so that they can become self-sufficient, to making it possible for patients to get life saving treatments, and to giving hope to those who believe no one cares. also giving scholarship to deserving College and University students in and around our community in Canada, Our mandate is clear but we need your help so that we can continue to make positive changes in the lives of the homeless, children in need, and the elderly, as of 2012 we will be reaching out to the mentally challenged school of HOPE in the Parish of Portland.
